Hall : Carpaccio of scallops, tangy vinaigrette and textured carrots.
Meal of your choice : Veal confit, Dauphinois gratin with truffles, glazed carrots / Lean Breton small peach, parsnip mousseline with orange, buckwheat risotto, butternut squash and hazelnuts.
Dessert : Christmas log with chestnuts and clementines.
